Refunds

At Ooh! Ruby Shoes we understand that shopping for footwear and clothing online can be difficult as sizes and fit varies between designers and styles.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase and you wish to return the goods we can offer an exchange or a refund. We can only accept returned goods if they are unworn and labels intact, in a perfect saleable condition, accompanied by proof of purchase from the Ooh! Ruby Shoes website. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items where it is apparent these conditions have not been met. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

To arrange a return you must send an email to sales@oohrubyshoes.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt of your goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why. We will issue you a Returns Number to write on the parcel. Goods will not be accepted without this Returns Number and should accompany the goods which must be returned within 14 working days of your delivery date. The customer must insure the returned item is packaged securely and unless faulty, incur postage costs. Please acquire a receipt of proof of postage and adequate insurance to cover the product value.

Exchanges

An exchange can only be made by phoning Customer Services +44 131 229 6909. Please contact us as soon as possible regarding an exchange in size so that we can reserve it for you if available. The original item must be returned to us first and will be exchanges against the value of the new item, only when the balance is paid can the new order be dispatched. There is no additional postage cost on your first exchange.

Subsequent exchanges on the same order will carry delivery charges.

All returns will be at the discretion of Ooh! Ruby Shoes. Postage will only be refunded if the item is deemed faulty.

You are responsible for insuring returned goods and we recommend you obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. You are also responsible for any customs fees and taxes where applicable. If unpaid, the item may be returned to you or the extra fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order from Ooh! Ruby Shoes you must write or email us within 7 working days of delivery. Ooh! Ruby Shoes, Canellations ,117 Bruntsfield Place, Edinburgh, EH10 4EQ, Email: Please write use the word "Cancellation" in the subject line and please have all your order details to hand and quote your order number in your email.

If you have already been sent an email confirming despatch it will not be possible to cancel your order. In this case it will be your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk. We will refund the cost of the goods on their return provided they have been unworn and are in a saleable condition. Please retain your postage receipt a proof of postage.
