Shipping policy

*Due to continuing Royal Mail Industrial action we can not be held responsible for any delays or missed Christmas deliveries after December 14th. This does not affect your statutory rights.*

When *FREE UK shipping is offered, exclusions apply - addresses within Highland & Islands and the channel Islands areas will incur a £10 surcharge.

We will hold your purchase for you to collect in store at 117 Bruntsfield Place, Edinburgh, EH10 4EQ, MAXIMUM TIME 2 WEEKS. After this time has elapsed and if there has been no further contact or agreement made to our satisfaction we will ship the item/s to you at your expense. This does not effect your statutory rights *

We aim to dispatch orders placed through www.oohrubyshoes.com within three business days of ordering, subject to availability.

Deliveries in the UK are by Royal Mail and provided your order is received before 2pm we will aim for it be delivered the next working day, unless otherwise  and specified excluding Saturdays and Sundays*

*Saturday delivery or delivery by 10am/12pm the next day a surcharge of £5 will apply, please tel. +44 131 229 6909 before 2pm to arrange your special delivery!

General Delivery UK: socks, wellie care & scarves £2.95, gift vouchers & shoes £6.95 boots £9.95

Deliveries in Europe are by Airsure, socks and gift vouchers £10, shoes £15, boots £25.

Deliveries to the rest of the world are by International Signed for. Accessories £10, shoes £20 and boots £30.
*We are not liable for any extra fees or taxes at Customs where items are being delivered eg USA or Europe etc. or if an item is being returned to us. These Duties & Customs charges must be paid by the customer*
