Making A Purchase
By placing an order with us you will agree to have read, understood and are bound by the following terms and conditions. Nothing in the forgoing Terms and Conditions will affect your Statutory Rights.

- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you're entitled to key information about the seller, including a geographical address
- Your right to cancel starts the moment you place your order and doesn’t end until seven working days from the day after you receive your goods
- You are entitled to 'cancel your order' and to receive a refund providing the items are in their original packaging, are unworn and in a resaleable condition.
- Cancellations must be made in writing or via email - view the "Cancellations" section below for full details
- When you buy goods online you have additional rights to return them.This is because your decision may be based on a brief description or a photograph – so what you receive isn't always quite what you’d expected.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to return your order up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

All Returns must be unworn and in perfect resale-able condition, repackaged securely and sent to: Ooh! Ruby Shoes, 117 Bruntsfield Place, Edinburgh, EH10 0HB, Scotland, UK

Ooh! Ruby Shoes cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to returned items. Please obtain proof of purchase from your post office or Courier

Product Availability
All items are subject to availability. If an item or a size in is sold out we will remove it from the website as soon as we can. If we have any problems with the availability of your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and either offer you a suitable alternative, order the product in where possible or give you a full refund if we are unable to fulfill your order.

Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers may be purchased on-line or in store. Currently they can only be spent in our store at 117 Bruntsfield Place, Edinburgh, EH10 4EQ. Gift vouchers are non-returnable nor refundable and cannot be purchased at a discount at any time.

Payment
Ooh! Ruby Shoes uses Sage Pay as a payment provider to ensure private information and credit card details are transmitted securely through the internet. At no point do Ooh! Ruby Shoes Limited store or have access to your credit card or security number (last three digits on the back of your card).

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express and Visa Electron. We also welcome sales over the telephone. Please call +44 131 229 6909. All prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate.

We make every effort to ensure that images displayed on our website are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee an exact match to the product as displayed on your screen.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the Website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any contract for the sale of products through the Website are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. By your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
